Watching Captain America: Civil War and I noticed something strange during the Captain America Avengers Comic Shield Shirt. We all know Vibranium absorbs energy, either cuz we’re comic nerds or due to The Black Panther movie, and during the airport scene we see Black Panther shrugging off explosive arrows from Hawkeye and other types of energy from the battle. Then during Cap and Bucky’s narrow escape he is stopped in his tracks from Black Widow’s Bite (the electrical blasts she fired at him). Does vibranium absorb all types of energy or is it just kinetic, physical, energy it absorbs? I mean, Cap’s shieldshrugged off an epic physical blow from Thor’s hammer in the first Avengersand that dispersed an epic amount of electrical energy from his hammer and the shield is made from vibranium.
